About the Event

Generation Food as a network inspires, connects and invites (young) entrepreneurs to collaborate on making the food for the future. Some of those entrepreneurs will come by and tell you how they experienced the past year:
Winnie Poncelet - Beanlife . Through Generation Food, Winnie's startup could count on a strong network with many contacts. In the meantime, their company has continued to grow and they have come to tell their story.
Students UCLL - Délicé . During the makeathon in September 2020, a granola was developed that used residual flows. After the recipe was further refined in nutrition and dietetics, four students started their own business with it. Learn more about their story at the Generation Food Summit.
Michael Cloet - Bar Stan . The hospitality industry has not had it easy lately. Michaël will explain his position during the summit.
We will also take a look at the future. The annual theme 'legumes and grains' will be further explained.
