About the Event
September 22 and 23, 2020Generation Food, UCLL and EIT Food are organizing a hackathon on September 22-23. During these two days, students, entrepreneurs and companies will work together intensively to find a solution for a (as yet wasted) by-product and to prevent food waste. We work on the basis of two concrete cases: apple pulp from Konings and red fruit from Aspergehoeve Lavrijsen. These two residual flows are currently not valorised. Register quickly to change this! The places are limited because we are organizing a corona-proof event. What can you expect? Two days of intensive collaboration with companies, students and the university of applied sciences. Interesting interactions with experts from FoodWIN, UCLL, Flanders' Food, Rikolto… Contribute to solutions in the search for the food system of the future.
