HOW WE WORK
Step 1: introduction and discussion of the innovation trajectory.
Step 2: implementation of the innovation trajectory.
1st meeting with (group) employees and other stakeholders: we provide inspiration, explain the process and start brainstorming about what we can do.
2nd meeting with (group) employees and other stakeholders: three priorities are chosen to focus on, objectives are set and the plan of action is drawn up.
Step 3: Discussion with tractors, next steps are discussed.

HOW WE WORK
Step 1: General introduction + analysis of the problem statement through interviews.
Step 2: Proposal innovation trajectory + discuss action plan
Step 3: Implementation via funnel principle:
A. Inspiration moment and discuss objective with all involved + limited number of employees and external parties. Start of hackathon or brainstorming sessions. Max 30p.
B. Elaboration of 3 possible routes/concepts in depth by those involved into fully-fledged solutions. Max 10p.
C. Proposal internally to employees = creating support. Final implement the chosen track/concept or start a test phase.
Step 4: Discussion with those involved and extend the process if necessary. Ability to implement solution on a large scale.
